Thanksgiving Pizza!

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients.
  1. 1 teaspoon of paprika
  2. 2 ½ cups of flour
  3. 1 teaspoon of salt
  4. 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
  • Mix water and gravy; add to flour mixture
  • Turn onto a floured surface; knead for 2 minutes.
  • Place in a greased bowl; turn to grease top (preferably greased with butter and mashed potatoes)
  • Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
  • Punch down; place on a 12in, greased pizza pan. (remember: USE MASHED POTATOES)
  • Pat into a circle.
  • Topping: Mix the first 5 ingredients and spread over crust.
  1. ¼ cup of cranberry sauce
  2. ½ a teaspoon of garlic powder
  3. ½ a teaspoon of jalapeno powder
  4. ⅛ teaspoon of pepper 
  5. 1 teaspoon of French seasoning
  • Put a few turkey pieces on top of the sauce.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 the dressing and 1/2 the parmesan.
  • Put the rest of the turkey on.
  • Repeat the dressing and cheese layer
  • Finish off with adding slices of ham, dinner rolls, broccoli cheese casserole, and green beans for a nice little kick 
  • Bake at 400* for 20 minutes or until light brown.

And there you have it folks, a nice, hot pizza made from your favorite Thanksgiving leftovers.
